"Why, hello, love! I'm Savannah!"

---|
Savannah is a silver, later purple supersonic jet who acts as a mother figure.
Bio[]
Savannah is a sleek, supersonic jet who speaks in a soft, Southern accent. But, she is no prima-donna, and not at all vain about her fame, accomplishments and beauty. In fact, she is very gracious, down to earth, and genuinely happy to be a member of the Tarrytown family. Even though she jets all over the world, she always happiest to return back to Tarrytown. For Savannah, there really is "no place like home."
Savannah's Introduction from the PBS Kids Website[]
"Hi there, I'm Savannah, a supersonic jet. And even though I jet all over the world, there's no place like home - Tarrytown. I always come back here to be with my friends."
Basis[]
She appears to be based on a mashup between the Tupolev Tu-144 and Tu-154 airliners.

Trivia[]
- Her CGI render appears to be larger than her model.
- She's named after a town of the same name from Georgia.
- She was originally voiced by the late Mary Kay Bergman. In 2001, after Mary Kay Bergman passed away in 1999, Debi Derryberry took over her roles for the remaining of the series (same for Jay Jay, Herky and Revvin' Evan).
- In the reboot, she is voiced by Ozioma Akagha.
- Savannah calls her friends with the nickname "sugar" (the Southern American term for "darling"), most likely with the young planes (especially Tracy).
