Sandra Marie Danielle "Sandy" Fox (credited as Marie Danielle) (born Jul. 13, 1963 as Sandra Marie Kessler in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American actress, singer and producer who is the voice behind Tracy, Snuffy and Tuffy throughout the third season and its follow-up, Jay Jay's Mysteries. She will reprise Tracy and Snuffy in The New Adventures of Jay Jay the Jet Plane.
